At SOREVI, we aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and total order weight.

Estimated delivery times:
• Ireland: 7–10 business days  
• United Kingdom: 7–10 business days  
• European Union: 7–12 business days  

All orders are shipped with tracked delivery where available.

Please note:
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to high demand periods, postal delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.  
We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Taxes and duties:
• Ireland – All prices include applicable VAT. No additional customs charges apply.  
• United Kingdom – Taxes and duties are included in the final checkout price where applicable.  
• European Union – Local tax rules may apply depending on the destination country.
